Yes we will need access to the driveway closest to the entry door.
Yes, doing so will ensure we get deep down cleaning of all trapped particles in your carpet.
It is best to remove small items from the floor, larger items such as couches/chairs/beds can be lifted or moved to facilitate cleaning, then protective pads will be placed on legs to protect the carpet. But we will NOT move electronics or furniture filled with contents.
Normal dry time is between 4-8 hours depending on soilage level.
We can remove MOST stains from carpet, such as dirt and pet stains, but some stains may be a little difficult to completely remove especially if present for a long time.

Just to find out that my doggies were being so bad when we they were not in their crates. But Freddy came back out and redid the entire room and didn't even charge me. This goes along way as being a amazing person and a professional company. My carpet looks like brand new again and I will call Freddy again. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Fred made it look and smell like new! We will absolutely be calling him back to do the rest of the house! Impeccable attention to detail and took the extra time needed (he went over some cushions multiple times to get the best result) for an very reasonable price.
