Just to find out that my doggies were being so bad when we they were not in their crates. But Freddy came back out and redid the entire room and didn't even charge me. This goes along way as being a amazing person and a professional company. My carpet looks like brand new again and I will call Freddy again. I love that they are easy to work with and especially that they use organic cleaning supplies as we are also chemical free in our home too.
